Submitting a Takedown Notice

To submit a DMCA notice, email dmca@fanbula.app a written notice including: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and sufficient information to allow us to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, submit a counter-notice to dmca@fanbula.app including: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the removed material and its prior location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; and (d) your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Njofa Group Inc. may be found (including the Province of Ontario for service at our registered office).

Repeat Infringers

Njofa Group Inc. terminates accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with section 512(i) of the DMCA.
